Yogurt & Dill Dip
with Ava’s Smoky Gouda Garlic Grilled Crisps
What you need!
1 large cucumber - peeled with the seeds removed (dice into quarter inch squares)
4 garlic cloves - finely minced
1 tbsp fresh dill - chopped
2 cups greek yogurt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
How to make!
Gently fold together the cucumber, garlic, yogurt, & dill.
Season with salt as needed. Top with olive oil and additional dill.
