How to make!
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring well.
