Tomato & Cucumber Salad

What you need!

  • 1 large cucumber - peeled with the seeds removed (dice into quarter-inch squares)

  • 1 cup cherry Tomato - cut into quarters

  • 1 small yellow onion - finely diced

  • 1 tsp fresh oregano - chopped

  • ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ cup crumbled feta

How to make!

  1. Gently combine all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit.
