Cranberry Salsa
with Ava’s Simply Salted Flatbread Crisps
What you need!
12 ounces of fresh cranberries
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped coarsely (leave in seeds in if you like spicy)
½ cup cilantro
4 green onions
2 tbsp lime juice
pinch of salt
How to make!
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours (preferably overnight) to allow the salsa to macerate.
