Pomegranate Salsa

with Ava’s Red Chili Lime Grilled Flatbread Crisps

What you need!

  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

  • ⅓ cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1–2 tbsp minced, seeded jalapeño

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

How to make!

  1. In a medium bowl, gently mix the pomegranate seeds, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño.

  2. Add the lime juice, olive oil, and honey to the bowl, stirring until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Refrigerate, or serve immediately with Ava’s Red Chili Lime Grilled Flatbread Crisps!
