Whipped Pea & Feta Dip

with Ava’s Simply Salted Grilled Flatbread Crisps

What you need!

  • 3 sprigs fresh mint

  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt

  • 2 oz feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • juice of one Lemon

How to make!

  1. In a food processor or blender, add the mint leaves and pulse to chop.

  2. Add all other ingredients and process until smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve with Ava’s Simply Salted Grilled Flatbread Crisps!
