Guacamole
with Ava’s Red Chili Lime Grilled Flatbead Crisps
How to make!
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, chop, and put in a bowl.
Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
Squeeze the juice of the lime into the bowl.
Add the diced tomato, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped jalapeño. Stir everything together.
Add salt to taste. If you're using cilantro, fold it in the mixture.
Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl, and serve immediately with Ava’s Red Chili Lime Grilled Flatbead Crisps!
What you need!
3 ripe avocados
1 lime
1 small tomato, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
salt, to taste
1 small jalapeño, seeds removed (optional, to taste)
freshly chopped cilantro (optional, to taste)
