Yogurt & Dill Dip

with Ava’s Smoky Gouda Garlic Grilled Crisps

What you need!

  • 1 Large Cucumber - Peeled with the seeds removed. Dice into quarter inch squares

  • 4 Garlic cloves - Finely minced

  • 1 Tblsp Fresh Dill - Chopped

  • 2 Cups Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tblsp Extra Virgin Olive oil

How to make!

  1. Gently fold together the cucumber, garlic, yogurt, & dill.

  2. Season with salt as needed. Top with olive oil and additional dill.
