Yogurt & Dill Dip
with Ava’s Smoky Gouda Garlic Grilled Crisps
What you need!
1 Large Cucumber - Peeled with the seeds removed. Dice into quarter inch squares
4 Garlic cloves - Finely minced
1 Tblsp Fresh Dill - Chopped
2 Cups Greek yogurt
1 Tblsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
How to make!
Gently fold together the cucumber, garlic, yogurt, & dill.
Season with salt as needed. Top with olive oil and additional dill.
