Tomato & Cucumber Salad
with Ava’s Simply Salted Crisps!
What you need!
1 Large Cucumber - Peeled with the seeds removed. Dice into quarter inch squares
1 Cup Cherry Tomato - Cut into quarters
1 Small Yellow Onion - Finely diced
1 Tsp Fresh Oregano - Chopped
1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta
How to make!
Gently combine all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit.
Optional Garnish - Fresh ground pink peppercorn and baby basil
